    The Core building has so much to offer it’s residents and the staff is always going above and beyond to make sure everyone’s needs are taken care of. Great amenities and location, close proximity to the train and the U. Feeling of community in the building. Close proximity to pharmacy, multiple supermarkets like milams and Trader Joe’s, salons and doctors offices, merrick park, workout studios and much more.

Very warm and professional welcome from everyone from GM to sales persons and receptionist, I received help from day 1 even without asking. I like the team, thoughtful and pro active. We can feel the good vibes in this building

Amenities are great. Fast wifi in common areas where I can get all my work done. And a coffee machine for free! Valet is great though sometimes it can take a while for your car to arrive so plan accordingly

Time has been good for the most part! Room is a tad hot at night but has gotten better as well. The valet is very nice and efficient. Sometimes it can get backed up with the line but for the most part is very well managed.

I moved in at the end of July right before I went overseas for a month. I got back about a week and a half ago so now I’m able to really feel moved-in and situated here at Core. So far, I absolutely love it. From the location to the view, the apartment itself to the staff, this is such an upgrade from where I was at before in another part of Miami. I haven’t had the chance to meet a whole lot of other residents yet, but everybody I’ve spoken with has been super cool. Two weeks in to living here and I really think I made the right choice.

I love it here! I moved from New York City, and it feels like that type of city living except for a good price, beautiful views, and everybody is very friendly. Not to mention it’s so easy for transportation when you don’t have a car.

I have been a resident for just under 2 months now and I truly appreciate the atmosphere of the building. The amenities are great (like the gym and study areas) as well as the people are just generally nicer. Since I am a student, I also like that it is not just a student building.

I recently moved here and loving the building, the location, staff. Highly recommended! It is. Quiet neighborhood, the supermarket is downstairs, valet service on point. Walking distance to a mall. I work from home and the business center is open 24/7 makes me feel I have my own office. The gym is well equipped. Glad I moved here!

the staff is very attentive and helpful. have gotten locked out a few times and they have been very understanding. I LOVE living here, it is truly vacation style living. I highly recommend the core.
